🍀 Mission STEM Possible: This Month’s Wins, Wonders, and What’s Next!👏🏼

Hey friend,

Wow — what a month it’s been! At The Learning Project, we’ve taken things to the next level with our full shift into STEM-focused learning, and I couldn’t be more excited to share this journey with you. Creating content that empowers educators to bring inquiry, innovation, and real-world problem-solving into their classrooms has been an absolute joy!

And if you haven’t subscribed to The Learning Project Podcast yet — what are you waiting for?! New episodes drop weekly, plus our monthly STEM leadership series is in full swing and you won’t want to miss a single one.

This month has also been about pushing myself out of my comfort zone — stepping into networking events, connecting with school leaders, and showing up as the Founder and CEO of The Learning Project has been such a powerful (and sometimes scary!) growth experience.

But it’s proof that STEM isn’t just about science or math — it’s about curiosity, courage, and continuous learning for all of us.
Let’s take a look at everything we explored this month — and don’t forget, every piece was created with YOU in mind.

💡 Growing Problem-Solvers & Innovators

We focused on helping students become curious, capable problem-solvers through simple, real-world STEM shifts. Download the STEM Shift Quick Start Guide for easy, low-prep ways to bring more inquiry-based learning into your classroom — no fancy supplies needed!

👩‍🏫 Lead with Curiosity, Inspire with Confidence

Leadership doesn’t require all the answers — just great questions. This month’s bonus leadership episode shared how to empower teachers and build school-wide STEM culture. Grab the STEM Leadership Playbook Starter Guide — your roadmap for leading STEM with clarity and purpose.

🌍 Wonder, Discover, Repeat — Science at the Core

Hook students’ curiosity with natural phenomena! This month, we talked about using real-world wonder to spark learning. Our STEAM Competencies Kick Off Guide helps you build cross-curricular lessons that connect science, math, ELA, and art — all while developing problem-solving, communication, and innovation.

🏗️ Designing a STEM Culture That Excites & Inspires

STEM doesn’t have to break the bank. In “STEM on a Dime,” we shared creative ways to make STEM hands-on, engaging, and budget-friendly. Download the STEM on a Dime Resource Guide for low-cost materials lists, funding resources, and ready-to-use classroom activities.

🚀 Why STEM is Personal — And Why It Matters

In “From Burnout to Breakthrough,” I shared how STEM reignited my own passion for teaching and how you can use STEM to spark joy and engagement in your classroom, too. Grab the STEM Shift Quick Start Guide and make one small shift this week — you’ll be amazed at the impact!

Thank you for being part of this amazing community and for letting me walk alongside you as you inspire the next generation of thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers. ✨
